Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through The-StyleStore.com, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. The-StyleStore.com may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by The-StyleStore.com until the product has been shipped. Product Display/Colors
The-StyleStore.com attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, The-StyleStore.com cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.
Pricing and Product Information
The-StyleStore.com makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices displayed on the ozdesigner.com website, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to The-StyleStore.com's products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to The-StyleStore.com's acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with The-StyleStore.com, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, The-StyleStore.com will issue a credit to your nominated acount in the amount of the charge. |

Security and Privacy
The-StyleStore.com Online Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of sensitive data over the internet.
When entering your credit card number online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards,: VisaŽ, MasterCardŽ. We do not accept Amex. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. London UK time Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. London UK time, Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be shipped the following business day.
In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if The-StyleStore.com declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, The-StyleStore.com will process a refund.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fifteen (15) days after the date of your order, The-StyleStore.com will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, The-StyleStore.com will issue a refund.
Shipping and Handling
Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. In order to receive a delivery the next working day, orders must be placed by 12pm. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays.
Note. Orders to some remote locations may not arrive within the standard 3-5 working days, please allow a few extra days in these circumstances.
Sales Tax
The-StyleStore.com collects and remits VAT taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. For orders to oversees customers that don't pay the tax, the 10% is simply transferred over to be a handling cost.
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the The-StyleStore.com Online Store within ten (10) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials.
